SEB Corporate Finance is looking for a talented student who will get a unique opportunity to develop a professional skill set and position themselves for a career in investment banking.

With a long and proven track record, we are recognized as a leading Nordic investment bank, offering clients a single point of entry to the region with respect to M&A, IPOs, equity issues and general financial advisory services. Our clients are mainly large Nordic corporates, institutional investors, international companies with M&A activities in Northern Europe and private equity firms.

SEB Corporate Finance is part of SEB Investment Banking’s team consisting of c. 400 professionals located in e.g., the Nordic capitals, Frankfurt, London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. You will become part of a dynamic and international environment with highly motivated and experienced colleagues.

About the job
At SEB Corporate Finance, you will experience how advisory services are handled at the highest professional level. You will support the senior colleagues with a wide range of tasks, including among others:

· Information gathering and processing for company, industry and market analyses

· Assist in corporate valuations and financial analyses

· Assist in preparation of company presentations, board presentations, investor materials, etc.

Who are you?

Ideally, but not a pre-requisite, you are studying economics or finance. Further, you are a 3rd year bachelor student or a 1st year master student. Additionally, your GPA corresponds to the top 10% of your class and you are fluent in Danish as well as English, both written and orally. Finally, we expect you to:

· Be ambitious, dedicated and outgoing with a genuine interest in corporate finance

· Have a strong level of numeracy and analytical as well as communicative skills

· Be willing to learn and constantly develop your skill set

· Work in a methodical and structured way with a focus on quality, details and deadlines

Experience from a similar position is preferred, but not required.

You are expected to be able to work approximately 20 hours per week on average with flexibility during exam periods.
